I have been practicing in the specialty of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology for over 11 years. I have also practiced within the specialties of Family Medicine for 6 years, Geriatric Medicine for 2 years and Orthopedic Hand Surgery for over 4 years. I have found the specialty of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology to be the most rewarding. Patient education and shared medical decision making is the foundation of my treatment philosophy. With compassion and empathy, I strive to improve the lives of patients with chronic medical conditions. I have especially enjoyed helping patients with food allergies. Through our oral desensitization program, we are able to make a huge difference for those living with potentially life-threatening food allergies. I feel blessed and excited to have the opportunity to work with Dr John Van Wagoner and the Southwest Allergy and Asthma Center team.
