Dr. William A. Neaville earned his Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He completed his pediatric residency at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, where he gained comprehensive experience in pediatric care.
Following his residency, Dr. Neaville pursued specialized training in Allergy and Immunology through a fellowship at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine in Madison. He is currently board-certified in allergy and immunology. He then joined the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School faculty, serving in both the departments of internal medicine and pediatrics. During his tenure there, he also served as the medical director of the allergy clinic at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. In 2007, Dr. Neaville chose to pursue a career in private practice.
However, Dr. Neaville continues to be actively involved in medical education, volunteering at Children’s Medical Center and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows. He is passionate about providing individualized and evidence-based care for patients with allergic disorders, asthma, and immune deficiencies.
Outside his practice, Dr. Neaville enjoys spending time with his family and being active in his community.
